Who we are

Tuesday AI is a free daily newsletter operated by Maik Lopez, based in Albacete, Spain. Contact: hola [at] maiklopez [dot] com

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to all pages at tuesdayai.digitalentis.com.

What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to send you the newsletter:

• Your email address — provided voluntarily when you subscribe
• Your consent record — the date and method you used to subscribe, stored by our email platform

We do not collect your name, phone number, payment information, or any other personal data. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics on this site (yet — this policy will be updated if that changes).

Why we collect it and legal basis

We collect your email address for one purpose only: to send you the Tuesday AI daily letter.

The legal basis under GDPR is consent — you ticked the checkbox on the subscription form, confirming you accept this privacy policy and want to receive the newsletter. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing (one click at the bottom of any email).

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your data is deleted from our active list. Our email platform (Kit) may retain suppression records to prevent re-sending to unsubscribed addresses — this is a legal requirement under CAN-SPAM.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We never will.

We share your data only with the following service provider, who acts as a data processor on our behalf:

• Kit (ConvertKit LLC) — our email delivery platform, based in the United States. Kit processes your email address to deliver the newsletter. They are GDPR-compliant and operate under Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data transfers. Kit's privacy policy →

We may disclose your data if required by law or court order.

Your rights (EU / GDPR)

If you are based in the EU or EEA, you have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — request your data in a portable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdrawal of consent — unsubscribe at any time, one click at the bottom of any email

To exercise any of these rights, email hola [at] maiklopez [dot] com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at aepd.es.

Your rights (US / CAN-SPAM)

Every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from the list immediately. We honour all opt-out requests within 10 business days as required by CAN-SPAM. We do not send unsolicited email — you subscribed voluntarily.

Data security

Your data is stored on Kit's servers, which use industry-standard security measures. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions and work only with reputable, GDPR-compliant processors.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes — for example, adding analytics or a paid service — we will update this page and notify subscribers by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
